Unfortunately, yes. As we know from our childhood, the basis for maintaining oral health is brushing your teeth 2 times a day. And what are the most common mistakes we make when caring for their oral hygiene? Dentists in Poland say, that you’ll be amazed!

Until now you probably thought that the best toothpaste is the one with high RDA abrasion? The truth is that this ratio should be selected to meet the needs of your teeth ??one person must use toothpaste for smokers , another for people who suffer from tooth sensitivity . Applying a toothpaste of the wrong aspect ratio for your teeth RDA can damage their surface.

If you think that very frequent and strong teeth scrubbing while brushing does them well, you’re wrong! Such brushing will damage the enamel, which in turn inevitably leads to hypersensitivity or even discoloration of the teeth.

It would seem that very hard and strong brush best suits its purpose. However, excessively hard bristles can injure the gums, and if at the same time firmly pressing down the brush , you can trigger a damaged enamel. Best for your teeth will be medium soft toothbrush.
